Chrissa Waite

Chrissa has been applying facilitation skills to project management and daily work life for 10 years, and is an IAF Certified Professional Facilitator and a PMI-certified Project Management Professional.  Chrissa has managed projects ranging from small-scale environmental work to large portfolio and software development.  She has planned and facilitated events ranging from staff meetings to large workshops, focusing on group interaction and achieving goals.  Chrissa has served as an officer of Coastmasters Toastmasters International Club, and has earned the Advanced Communicator Silver in 10 years of public speaking experience. She earned her master's degree in environmental science from the College of Charleston, and her bachelor's degree in environmental biology from the University of Dayton. 

Melissa Ladd

Melissa has more than 10 years of experience in facilitation and efficient project management, and is an IAF Certified Professional Facilitator. She is a project manager with The Baldwin Group on contract to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and the co-founder of issaFacilitation. Melissa has also worked in the nonprofit sector as an environmental advocate to members of Congress and the media. She is an active volunteer with the International Association of Facilitators, and has served on her local School Improvement Council and church's Administrative Council.  A native of SC, Melissa received her master's degree in environmental management from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment, and a bachelor's degree from Furman University.
